You get the best of both worlds: the softness of a Japanese shikifuton (shikibuton) and the durability of a Western mattress. The popular MACHI series from EMOOR now comes in a new “Makoto” design inspired by the haori coats of the Shinsengumi, a part of Japanese culture.

Dimensions: Double size 140x202x9cm (55x80x3.5in) / Folded 47x75-85cm (19x30-33in). Materials: Outer fabric – 100% polyester, inner fiber padding – 100% polyester (380 g/m2), inner urethane padding – 5cm (2in) high-resilience urethane foam (30D/185N), elastic band for storage included.

[FOLDABLE, STORABLE, AND COMFORTABLE]

Enjoy comfortable sleep on a flat surface without wrinkles, unlike normal triple-fold urethane mattresses. And save space with the included elastic bands for storage.

[SANDWICH STRUCTURE]

The middle urethane layer is surrounded by thick quilted layers with soft fiber filling. Soft but firm support like traditional Japanese futon mattresses. Uses highly elastic 185N and high-density 30D urethane, firm and durable. Easy to flip without sinking.

[GUSSET FUTON]

Thanks to a gusset, the thickness does not change towards the edge. The same comfort no matter where you sleep. The thickness of 9cm (3in) is suitable for use on a platform bed or directly on the floor.
