Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email):

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a different type of delivery), within 14 days of receiving the return shipment. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction.

Return shipping costs
As the customer, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Goods that are made to customer specifications

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection reasons and whose seal has been removed (e.g., bedding)
